SCIP was founded in 1997 by former corporate HR executives Miguel Mancebo and Monica McClure Mancebo.

SCIP offers its young leaders the chance to collaborate with highly qualified professionals in a variety of projects, gain exposure to the Global Business and STEM World, and obtain competitive paid internships.

SCIP offers 3 programs which include H-SCIP meant for high school students, C-SCIP meant for undergraduate college students, and M-SCIP which is SCIP's MBA program meant for post-graduate students.

Applications are on a rolling basis, where there's a fellowship for each season: winter, fall, spring, and summer. Make sure to get in touch a month before your intended session begins in order to be qualified for that season. Additionally for summer sessions, you can either reach out separately or apply through SYEP (Summer Youth Employment Program) run by NYC.

No, SCIP is a non-profit organization so there are no fees required to participate in our programs.

You can locate the "Partner With Us" form on the home page or on the 'Get Involved' page.
1) Please go to the navigation bar at the top of your screen and click on the "Get Involved" tab.
2) Then click on the "Partner with SCIP" option.
3) Click the button named "Partner Here" then fill out and submit the application.

SCIP was one of the first organizations/companies to adapt to a remote setting. Although we will largely remain remote, we are making efforts to return to in-person activities at the Microsoft headquarters.

For the high school program any individuals still in high school can apply to that program.
However for the college programs such as our College + MBA ;any individuals working towards an undergraduate, or masters are eligible to participate in our programs.
